To Library to work on Supreme Court Report:
- You've been individually assigned a landmark Supreme Court Case
- You'll need to create a presentation to give to your classmates to help them fill out their excel doc.
- You'll need to include the following:
- Background of the Case
- Events, lower court decisions
- The Courts decision
- Which "court" heard the case (ex: the Roberts Court)
- Which Amendment & Specific right was addressed
- What was the vote by the court?
- The rational used in the Majority Opinion
- Anything notable about Minority Opinion
- The immediate and long-term impact of the precedent
Work time includes today only. Presentations are Friday, Monday & Tuesday.
